The place is very nice and roomy. I would suggest the owner get stuff out of some of the closets as we had no place to hang anything or to put our suitcase if we used the dressers. They wouldn't fit under the bed. The beach and pools are very convenient and easy to get to. Love that they have a hose attached at the wash off station, made it great for getting the sand off everything. The view I can't say enough about. Something about being on the top floor...and a corner place at that!
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. There were beach toys and boogie boards in the closet for us to use but it was a bit too cold for too much time at the ocean. Check in & out process was easy and we would come back! My only suggestion would be to clean out the closets a bit so there is room for guest belongings. Thank you Randy & Debbie for allowing us to stay at your place!
We enjoyed our stay at Waterpointe 1 unit 1007. It's a great location. There's one thing I would suggest: sometimes less is more. We found that because of all the knick-knacks, statues, etc. there was no room for our bags and belongings. Also, even though the unite will sleep 6, the balcony is small and will accommodate only 3 people. Thanks for a nice stay -- just wish Ophelia had stayed away.
