Located on the 2nd floor of a 10 story building, unit 206 is perfect for those guests who prefer to remain close to the ground but still want to enjoy ocean views and breezes from the private balcony.

Waterpoint 1 206 is the best condo we have ever rented!! It is clean, very well stocked, close to all attractions and restaurants and so comfortable. We would definately book again and it will be hard to beat this condo! Thank you!
