Great ocean front location with easy access to stores and restaurants. Waterpointe 1 is being painted and looks beautiful. Building and this unit are clean and well maintained. Unit 504 has a nice balcony with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Comfortable beds and a fun decor. Hosts were pleasant and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
The stay was very nice, except for the January snow on the beach. The condo was nice with mostly new appliances. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony when weather was nice. There a couple of minor problems that were remedied in a timely manner. Overall it was a great stay and we are looking forward to our 2026 stay. Access to the beach is easy and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We also enjoyed reconnecting with old friends and new friends at the snowbird dinners and happy hours.
The whole process with Happy Crab was super simple and convenient. We loved Waterpointe 1, mostly because of the ease of access from elevators, keypad locks (no keys to keep up with), shopping carts, nice walkways to the beach, and super well-kept grounds. This particular unit could use some updates in the kitchen and with the plumbing, but we still felt very at home and comfortable. Randy with Happy Crab was very responsive. Their prices are unbeatable compared to other rental companies, plus we felt like we were supporting small business. We definitely plan to book through them again!
