We loved the 2 weeks that we spent at Waterpointe 1, Unit 707. We know that January could bring colder temps, so oceanfront is a "must." The couple days that we had snow, we loved looking at the water out of the balcony glass door. There were great restaurants when we did venture out, but we were happy for the stocked kitchen so that we were able to cook meals and stay hunkered down, cozily watching the ocean! The books in the lovely lobby area were a bonus. My husband read a couple of those. The code system for the doors made us feel secure. And the 2 loading and unloading areas are a great idea. The property in general, is well-maintained, clean and quiet.
The condo was beautiful, had updated kitchen and bathrooms and was so warm and welcoming! The beds were very comfortable and the host provided plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay. We visited during a winter snowstorm that we wanted no part of 🤣, so we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck and spent hours watching dolphins play in the surf. The kitchen had a very nice coffee making system- we had a choice of either a full pot or individual pods. The living area had a beautiful buttery leather sofa and loveseat that was so comfortable for reading, watching tv, etc. The location was perfect- tons of shops and restaurants/ grocery stores nearby even though it was off season. We loved this place! Randy and Debbie were very accommodating and helpful when we needed directions- suggestions on restaurants etc. Thank you! We can’t wait to visit again!
My family and I had the pleasure of renting through Happy Crab Vacations during August 2024. The condo was more than I expected! It is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I felt comfortable in the condo and we had everything we needed. Randy is a TOP NOTCH guy! I cannot say enough good things about the condo and Randy! Thank you for making our time there memorable!
