Overall the Waterpointe1 property is very nice. The building and grounds are well maintained, family oriented and quiet. Unit 907 is well appointed and most of the rooms are nice. The kitchen, two smaller bedrooms and batch were nice. The master bath and bedroom are feeling a little tired so some updates would be nice. Have stayed at other units in the building and the corner balcony size is very small as it really is cramp for even 3 adults.
The condo was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The washer and dryer was a nice touch. The balcony is smaller because it is a corner room. That did not bother us. We got spectacular views with more shade time. The balcony does hold two adults and two small children.The one thing I would add is the bathroom off of the main bedroom needed a bar or bath mat for safety. It was a hazard, especially getting out. We ended up putting a small towel down in the tub for safety. The second bathroom’s shower was not always hot. I think the fixture needs replaced. Also the beds are very firm. I was OK with it, but another guest felt that it was uncomfortable for them. I would stay in this condo again.
Enjoyed our stay in Myrtle The condo was just what we needed. Great view. Close to everything and clean. Highly recommend
